x bajje Terms and Conditions

This document serves as a binding agreement between x bajje (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform" or "we") and each registered member who uses the platform (hereinafter referred to as "member" or "you").

By accessing the x bajje website, opening an account, or using any of our services, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions. If you object to any term, please refrain from using the platform.

In addition to these terms, our Privacy Policy also governs the relationship between you and us. Both documents together form the complete membership agreement.

These terms have been prepared in Bengali and apply to members in Bangladesh. In the event of any dispute or linguistic ambiguity, the Bengali version shall be considered final.

Opening an account at x bajje is completely free, and each person may operate only one account. Having multiple accounts under the same person is prohibited and those accounts may be closed.

2.1 Registration Requirements

• You must register with truthful, accurate, and complete information.
• The name, date of birth, mobile number, and payment details you provide must be your own.
• After registration, you may be asked to submit a national ID or other documents for account verification.
• Opening or operating an account on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited.
• If any information provided at registration changes, you must notify x bajje support immediately.

2.2 Account Verification

x bajje reserves the right to verify any member's account at any time. This verification process may require a copy of a national ID, passport, or other government-issued identification. The platform reserves the right to hold withdrawals until verification is complete.

By registering, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old. If you register by providing a false age, your account will be cancelled and any funds in the account may be forfeited.

In addition, x bajje may close the account of any member who is determined to be ineligible to use the service for any other reason.

4.1 Password and Security

It is your responsibility to keep the login credentials (username and password) used to access your account completely confidential. Never share this information with anyone else. You are solely responsible for any activity carried out from your account.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, notify our support team immediately and change your password.

4.2 Suspending or Closing an Account

x bajje reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of terms and conditions
• Suspicion of fraud or deception
• Confirmed operation of multiple accounts
• Identified bonus abuse
• Evidence of providing false information

4.3 Closing Your Account Yourself

You may request to close your account at any time via live chat or email. Please withdraw all approved balances before closing your account.

5.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount at x bajje is ৳100. Accepted deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank).

Deposits must be sent from the registered number or account. Deposits made from a third-party account are not accepted and the funds may be returned in such cases.

5.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawal methods are the same as deposit methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.

Withdrawal requests can only be made using the same method used for the deposit. Winnings from bonuses must meet the relevant wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.

x bajje offers various types of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms which must be read before accepting the bonus.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. Example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive ৳1,000 as a bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000, and to withdraw the bonus you must wager ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000.

6.2 General Bonus Rules

• A bonus is not cash; it cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.
• While one bonus is active, another bonus cannot be claimed unless the terms state otherwise.
• x bajje reserves the right to cancel a bonus if there is suspicion of bonus abuse.
• A bonus may only be usable on specific games or categories — please read the terms of each offer separately.
• There may be a maximum win limit on bonuses — see the relevant offer page for details.

All betting and gaming activity at x bajje is conducted under specific rules. Each game or betting market may have its own particular rules, which can be found in detail on that game or market's page.

7.1 Betting Limits

x bajje sets minimum and maximum bet limits for each game and market. These limits may change from time to time. Any bet falling outside these limits will be automatically rejected.

7.2 Bet Cancellation and Changes

A confirmed bet generally cannot be changed or cancelled. However, in certain circumstances — such as an event being cancelled or in the case of a technical error — x bajje reserves the right to cancel a bet and return the funds.

7.3 Sports Betting

For sports betting, the decision of the authority that determines the outcome of an event (such as ICC, BCCI) shall be considered final. If a match is abandoned, postponed, or left undecided, x bajje's specific rules will apply.

Any of the activities listed below are strictly prohibited at x bajje. Violating these prohibitions may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of funds:

1. Abusing the bonus system — such as claiming bonuses through multiple accounts or "bonus hunting"
2. Fraudulent payments — fake transactions, chargebacks, or deposits made through manipulative methods
3. Playing games using automated software, bots, or scripts
4. Collusion between players or any attempt to manipulate a game
5. Exploiting technical errors or bugs in the platform to gain an unfair advantage
6. Using another member's identity or accessing their account
7. Money laundering or conducting any illegal financial activity

x bajje reserves the right to modify, add, or remove platform functionality, game selection, odds, limits, and other features at any time. While advance notice of such changes will be attempted, this may not always be possible.

The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to technical maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen reasons. x bajje will not be liable for any loss a member suffers as a result, though where possible an appropriate resolution will be sought for affected bets.

x bajje will not be liable under any circumstances for the following:

• Losses caused by third parties, such as internet disconnection or device issues
• Losses resulting from a member's own negligence or breach of the terms
• Financial losses arising from gaming or betting — every bet is placed at the member's own risk
• Indirect losses caused by unforeseen technical errors

All content on the x bajje platform — logos, designs, software, text, graphics, and other materials — is protected by intellectual property law. Copying, distributing, or using these materials in any way without prior written permission is prohibited.

Content from third-party game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Evolution) falls under their respective intellectual property rights.

x bajje reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. When changes are made, the new date will be noted on this page. For significant changes, members will be notified by email or through the platform where possible.

Continuing to use the platform after a change has been made will be taken to mean that you have accepted the new terms. You are therefore advised to revisit this page regularly.
